ARTIST INFO:

Belfast-born Greg began DJing over six years ago, shortly before he decided to pack up and move to Ibiza for the summer with his records. While playing at a dingy San Antonio after-party, he was spotted by the promoter of Gatecrasher, who was so impressed he asked him to play the following week at Space. Since then, Greg has worked hard to establish himself firmly among the best young DJs in the UK.

In 2006, Greg joined the PF Agency, and is going from strength to strength, spinning to packed crowds at Lush, Godskitchen, Slinky, Inside Out, Goodgreef, Passion, Gatecrasher, The Gallery and a host of others including dates around the world in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Shanghai, Poland and Indonesia.

2007 saw Greg record his first Live As album on Discover. Recorded live from this years mega Planet Love Festival in Northern Ireland, the album captured Greg’s energy as a DJ and was featured as “Album of the Month” in Mixmag.

2008 was Greg’s biggest year to date, clocking up airmiles across the globe from South Africa, Finland, Sweden, Poland, Argentina and more. Greg was snapped up by Paul van Dyk for his label Vandit. His first release Stadium was a huge success and was Mixmag’s Cream Ibiza anthem of 2008. Greg was also chosen by Paul van Dyk to remix his track New York City which appeared on his massive Hands on In Between Album.

Supported regularly by the likes of Paul van Dyk, Tiesto ,Armin, Ferry Corsten, Eddie Halliwell, Judge Jules, Sander van Doorn Above and Beyond and many more, Greg’s many achievements, alongside his outstanding technical ability and passion to succeed will make him a household name.

TRACK INFO:

Released: 23 February 2009

Label: Captivating Sounds

Producer: Wardt van der Harst & Willem van Hanegem

ARTIST INFO:

The W&W adventure began when both guys discovered their love for EDM. Finding out about this ‘different’ type of music, made them discover a whole lot more than they’d expected. A shared passion for beats and melodies is what drew these guys to a team-up in the studio. It didn’t take long before they met and decided it was time to fathom their musical chemistry in the studio.
Willem: “We first met at Trance Energy 2007. We both have a huge interest in music so we hooked up a lot. Nowadays we are very close friends, besides being studio partners. I think it was in the summer of 2007 that we decided to produce some stuff together. The first track that was finished, was ‘Mustang”.

W&W, the guise of Dutch producers Wardt van der Harst and Willem van Hanegem, is considered the next big thing in tech-trance.

After “Mustang”, new choons were released under Armada. ‘Intercity’, ‘Dome’, ‘Arena’ and ‘The Plan’, all masterpieces of their own kind. However, there’s always been one compromise. It’s got to have the W&W sound. W&W hasn’t only delivered bangers of tracks, but also introduced their unique, typical sound. Willem and Wardt both define it as ‘big room trance with a techy edge’. W&W: “We always try to bring that big room feeling in our records with massive lead sounds, catchy melodies and tough beats.”
